Watercolor Weekend

I found some time over the weekend to do another painting using real paint. Revolutionary!

The other day I looked up the watercolor kit you and Joe use and decided against it. Now that I see this I'm reconsidering. Awesome values and colors, but it's the traditional media realness to it that makes it especially beautiful.

Real paint? Real paint? What's that?

I love watercolor. It is the only medium I haven't seen reproduced digitally, convinceingly,in my humble opinion.
This painting shows that great art comes from a great artist, not some digital skill.
"Way to go, Maty."
